1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AAAA Transport and Finance ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide auto transport services across the United States. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Car shipping
  • Motorcycle transport
  • Boat shipping
  • Enclosed transport
  • Open transport
  • Door-to-door delivery

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit is required to schedule transport
  • Remaining balance is due upon delivery
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers
  • All quoted prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

4. Transport Process

4.1 Booking

When you book our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and transport requirements. Any changes must be communicated promptly.

4.2 Vehicle Condition

You must accurately represent the condition of your vehicle. The vehicle must be:

  • In running condition unless otherwise specified
  • Free of personal items
  • With no more than 1/4 tank of fuel
  • Clean enough for proper inspection

4.3 Pickup and Delivery

You or your authorized representative must be present at both pickup and delivery to:

  • Sign necessary documentation
  • Inspect the vehicle
  • Note any existing damage
  • Complete the bill of lading

5. Insurance and Liability

Our carriers maintain comprehensive cargo insurance that covers your vehicle during transport. However:

  • Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered
  • Pre-existing damage must be noted before transport
  • Claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery
  • Coverage limits apply as per our insurance policy

6. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled pickup are fully refundable
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may incur a fee
  • No-shows at pickup will forfeit their deposit

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Weather conditions
  • Government actions
  • Civil unrest
  • Traffic conditions
  • Mechanical failures

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  • Direct negotiation
  • Mediation
  • Binding arbitration

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
